Description
Mary is seated on the right of the painting and holds the Child Jesus who He rests his left foot on the furniture in the foreground. The work is executed through the technique of Pictography, according to the ancient methods and natural materials; is handmade entirely in Umbria.
Each frame is made of solid wood, with an interlocking joint; the first primer is based on Bologna gypsum and natural glue; the later are in tempera. The decoration is handmade and, usually, it is studied on the work it will contain. The design is inspired by the museum frames of the various eras.
