Description
The painting portrays a young woman facing left. The face is turned three-quarters. The eyes, on the other hand, seem to be pointed directly at the observer. The young woman wears a yellow dress and a blue turban on her head. The fabric is knotted at the top and part of it falls behind the back. His eyes are large and expressive. Her lips red and slightly apart. In addition, in his left ear he wears a large pearl that reflects in the shadows. Finally, the background is very dark, almost black. The most common color in the painting is the very dark brown, almost black background. From this color the portrait of the girl emerges for brightness. Then, the light dress and the sash that descends from the nape of her neck. While the fabric she wears around her forehead is cobalt blue. The complexion is ochre pink with dark brown shadows. Finally, the lips are colored a bright red.
